What We're Looking For:
- A licensed Utah real estate agent with current or recent production
- A coachable professional who wants clearer accountability
- A strong communicator willing to practice and improve conversion skills
- An agent who wants a serious production environment, not just a desk
Core Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a personal pipeline of buyer and seller relationships
- Follow up consistently with prospects, clients, and referral sources
- Use MoxiWorks to track contacts, tasks, appointments, and next actions
- Participate in live training, coaching, and skill-development sessions
- Represent clients through consultations, negotiations, contracts, and closing

- Pay: Commission-based ($90,000 - $250,000 per year)
