Remote Live Chat Agent Wfh Part Time

Audacy is seeking a professional and motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Live Chat Agent Wfh Part Time. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while providing exceptional customer service to our listeners and clients.

Responsibilities:

Respond to live chat inquiries from listeners and clients in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information and troubleshoot any issues related to Audacy's audio content and services
Maintain a friendly and positive tone in all interactions with customers
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of any issues
Utilize resources and tools to effectively assist customers and resolve inquiries
Keep up-to-date with Audacy's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or related field
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Ability to multitask and handle high volume of live chat inquiries
Proficient in using technology and comfortable working with various software programs
Must have a quiet and professional working environment at home
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred

Salary:

This is a part-time internship position with a competitive hourly rate of USD 21-27, based on experience.

Location:

This is a remote position, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States.
