Responsibilities Install residential roofing systems according to manufacturer specifications. Install vinyl and fiber cement siding. Install replacement and new construction windows. Maintain a clean and safe job site. Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company quality standards. Complete projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Communicate effectively with project managers regarding job progress. Qualifications Experience installing roofing, siding, and/or windows. Must have your own tools and equipment. Reliable transportation. Valid driver's license. Ability to pass background requirements when required by certain municipalities or projects. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. must be certified Home Improvement Contractors. General Liability Insurance required Having your own crew is a strong plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience with asphalt shingle roofing. Experience installing vinyl siding, fiber cement siding, and replacement windows.
